General Information
  1. Due to the settlement regulation in Taiwan, we can only provide confirmed quotes in the New Taiwan Dollar amount.
  2. The actual charged amount in foreign currency may vary depending on the updated exchange rate on your transaction date; for overseas participants, the exact registration fee is subject to the exchange rate on the trade date.
  3. *For those who register after October 13, 2023 the registration fee will be the same as the On-site registration.
  4. We will confirm your final registration result by email.
Confirmation Letters & Receipt
Confirmation Letter of Sign Up:
We will email the Confirmation Letter of Sign Up once you have created a new account on the online registration system. Please note the Confirmation Letter of Sign Up has yet to complete the registration process; you still need to log in to the online system with your ID and password to fill in the registration form.
Confirmation Letter of Payment:
We will email the Confirmation Letter of Payment once you have completed the registration and payment.
Receipt: (Guideline)
After finishing the registration and payment, you can download the receipt through the online registration system.

Cancellation Policy

※Registration fee refund:

  1. Cancellation before September 22, 2023: 70% refund   *Refunds will be made after the conference.
  1. Cancellation after September 22, 2023: No refund

A written cancellation notice must be sent to the Secretariat at tfsc2023@tfsc2023.org before September 22, 2023.
NO REFUND will be granted after this date or for a no-show.
For China participants: If the Exit & Entry Permit application is not approved, the conference will arrange for you to the online session. If you do not wish to present online, the refund will be processed according to the conference's cancellation policy.
